Terms of service
Inclusive Capital Hub is a marketplace that connects enterprises, investors and advisors. By using the platform you agree to use it lawfully, to provide accurate information, and to respect the confidentiality of deal materials shared with you. We provide the platform “as is” and are not a party to, or a guarantor of, any transaction between members.
Privacy policy
We collect only the data needed to operate the platform — account details, the information you submit to your profile, deal room and mandate, and basic usage analytics. We never sell personal data. Deal documents are access-controlled and NDA-gated, and sensitive actions are written to an append-only audit trail. You can request a copy of, or deletion of, your data at any time.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the platform secure. We do not use advertising cookies. Any optional analytics are aggregated and used only to improve the product.
Data residency
Platform data is hosted with a managed, encrypted database and storage provider. For institutional members with specific jurisdictional requirements, we can discuss per-region residency and data-handling arrangements as part of onboarding.
